  • 3 Tbsp of Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Dried Garlic & Onion
  • 1 Tsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Pork Rub
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander
  • Pinch Nutmeg
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Place every ingredient inside the pot with the exception of the poor and the salt and pepper and mix them all well. Then add 250ml of water and keep stirring.
